1. General Terms & Acceptance
By accessing or using the Lovable Zone (lovablezone.xyz) website, browser extension, Android app, or any associated digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services. Lovable Zone reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use signifies your acceptance of any updates.
2. Credit Purchases & 100% Replacement Guarantee
Every credit package, license key, or tool subscription purchased through Lovable Zone is fully backed by our 100% Replacement Guarantee policy.
- Key / Credit Issues: If a delivered license key fails to activate, is marked invalid, or encounters unexpected technical disruptions not caused by account misuse, we promptly provide a free replacement key or credit correction.
- Rapid Resolution: Upon reporting an issue to our support team with valid order details, our team prioritizes your ticket to ensure prompt replacement without unnecessary delays.

Lovable Zone strictly enforces ethical and lawful technology usage. Our tools, browser extensions, and integrations must not be used for any harmful activities, illegal content generation, or the creation/distribution of AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII). All users must strictly comply with the Google APIs Terms of Service and applicable safety regulations.
